If you have not received your order email, promocode email or forgot password link:

If you contacted us already and have not received a response within 24 hours:

PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER. We respond to every email inquiry we receive within 1 business day (and usually within hours). If you did not receive a response within 1 business day and nothing is in your spam folder, please email us again. You can also contact us through Facebook if you think our emails to you are not getting through.
