SPECIAL NOTICE FOR SUNDAY 10/12/2025 TICKET HOLDERS
10/11/2025 11:00 am UPDATE: Due to the pending weather system approaching Long Island, RISE of the Jack O'Lanterns, in accordance with our weather policy, will be CLOSED on Sunday, October 12, 2025.
If you have tickets for Sunday 10/12, you MUST swap them for another date and time using the Self Swap tool. DO NOT SHOW UP TO THE RISE WITH 10/12 TICKETS AND EXPECT ENTRY. You MUST swap for a different date and time which still has open spots.
You cannot swap your tickets into any currently sold out timeslots.
There are fees and upcharges associated with swapping your tickets to certain timeslots. However, we have updated our system to allow 10/12 ticket holders to swap into any of the following make-up dates without incurring any fees or upcharges.

We do not provide refunds, as explained in our Refunds/Exchange Policy, and as agreed to during the purchase process, but you can give your tickets to friends or exchange them into available 2025 timeslots with the Self Swap tool.

TRAIL SAFETY
The RISE is a fun and safe experience for visitors of all ages. At 4,200 feet long, our new trail will be the longest jack o'lantern trail in the world! It will be significantly longer than our previous trail at Old Westbury Gardens. Visitors will need to walk about a mile, give or take, from the parking lot, through the trail, and back out to the parking lot. Our trail is paved and has some ups and downs to it, much like the Bronx Zoo has. This terrain may not be suitable for guests who have difficulty walking a mile or who have difficulty walking up or down hills, so please use discretion and decide if this event is right for you.

DISCOUNT TICKETS
Tickets are available on a first-come first-served basis. There are limited number of tickets available per time-slot. Most dates/times sell out, so order early for the best chance of getting your preferred ticket time. Discount tickets are limited and vary from 5% off to 50% off (or more) under this promotion. Please check our website for discount ticket availability. Content of carvings may vary by event location and date.
